Some requirements do not match anything on a price list: a vehicle that has to carry particular equipment, meet a client specification, and be delivered as a fleet to a deadline. Reliance takes those from planning through fabrication to delivery as a single piece of work.
That means one team responsible for the specification, the build, the compliance items, and the handover — rather than a body builder, a fitter and a certifier who each blame the other when something does not line up.
